Order Processing Timeline
All orders will be processed within 2–4 business days from Monday to Friday. We do not process shipments on weekends, US national holidays, Black Friday, Christmas and other major shopping holidays. For orders placed during seasonal peak sales, processing may be delayed up to 4 business days, and automated email reminders will be sent to customers in advance.
Delivery Coverage & Shipping Rates
We deliver to all continental United States addresses. We are unable to fulfill shipments to PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other overseas territories.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Flat shipping cost $5.99, transit time 7–10 business days after dispatch
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders subtotal over $90 qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping
- Express Shipping: Flat shipping cost $16.99, transit time 2–5 business days after dispatch
Duty, Tax & Customs Notice
All our shipments adopt DDP delivery terms. All US sales tax, import duties, customs clearance administrative fees will be fully covered by our store. Customers will not face any unexpected extra charges upon package receipt. No hidden shipping surcharges will be added at checkout.
Tracking & Lost/Damaged Parcel Solution
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a unique tracking ID will be delivered to your registered email address. You can track real-time logistics updates via the tracking page on our official website.
If your parcel is lost, missing, or severely damaged during transit, please submit support tickets with photo evidence within 15 days after shipment confirmation. We provide two solutions: full 100% refund or free re-delivery without any additional fees.
Liability Exclusions
We shall not be responsible for delivery failures or long delays caused by uncontrollable factors, including natural disasters, carrier service suspension, customs random inspection, incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by buyers.
